Richard (Dick) Brockman of Foristell Missouri was called home on March 6th, 2021.
He was the proud son and fifth child born to Harold and Mildred Brockman. Dick is survived by the love of his life Rhonda (Nelson); his children Amy (Brockman) Thornton and husband Kevin, and their daughter Libby of New Melle Missouri; Richard (Rich) and Rachel (Fowler) Brockman and their children Kaleb and Madeline of Warrenton Missouri; brothers Charles (Bud) Brockman of Maryland Heights, Robert Brockmam and his wife Helen of Colorado Springs; Gary Brockman and his wife Tammy of Montgomery City; sister Vikki Brockman and Roger Petty of Wright City; as well as four generations of nieces and nephews.
Dick was proceeded in death by his parents, his brother James (Jack) Brockman and his sister Janet (Brockman) Wade. Dick was very passionate about his family, which brought him his greatest joy. His fatherly love is eternal and without end. He was blessed with a multitude of friends to share his joy of life as well. He spent over 50 years doing what he loved, shoeing horses, which in his eyes was not considered work. Dick enjoyed all things horses, the cowboy life, camping, skiing and Worship Up - Saddle Up Cowboy Ministry. He was a very accomplished farrier who shod hundreds of world champion horses. Dick never had to tell anyone he was a cowboy, a Christian or a man. His actions spoke for him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
