The City of New Melle will hold an election on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, for the following offices:

Mayor - Two (2) Year Term
Alderman Ward 1 - Two (2) Year Term
Alderman Ward 2 - Two (2) Year Term

Candidates wishing to file for election must file a Declaration of Candidacy at City Hall, 145 Almeling Street, New Melle, MO, 63365. Candidate Packets will be available at City Hall beginning December 7; hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The final day to file is December 28; hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. From December 8 to December 27, packets can be picked up from City Hall during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
